1. Set-up Family Safe Clean Up Procedure.
2. Remove existing roof & haul away debris.
3. Prepare roofing surface by removing perimeter protruding nails & re-nailing any loose wood.
4. Arrange & schedule for a termite inspection.
5. Trim existing starter board to align with fascia.
6. Install 1/2” sheathing or 1” solid fill-in per city building codes.
7. Install LEAK BARRIER (PEEL & STICK) membrane in high risk areas of roof (valleys, pipes, vents, chimneys, skylights, rake to wall & roof to wall joints)
8. Install Deck-Armor membrane with large head plastic cap nails over entire deck.
9. Install drip edge metal around perimeter of roof.
10. Install valley, pan chimney & vent cap flashings as needed. (26 gauge metal).
11. Install galvanized metal pipe & vent cap flashings as needed.
12. Install Worry-Free ridge & soffit ventilation system to meet manufacturer’s specifications.
13. Install 30, 40, 50 year or Lifetime new composition field shingles using 6 hot dipped nails per shingle.
14. Install high definition hip & ridge shingles in corresponding color.
15. Seal all joints & cracks around pipe jacks, vents & openings with polyurethane sealant.
16. Paint all vents & pipes to closely match roof.
17. Paint all visible replacement wood (customer to supply paint).
18. Install spark-arrestors on all chimneys (if needed).
19. Perform Family Safe Clean-Up Procedure
20. Register roof with manufacturer’s "CERTIFIED" material and workmanship warranty.
21. Complimentary membership into The Roof Protection Plan for three (3) years.
